Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You manage the maintenance schedule for about 50 machine tools and coordinate upcoming maintenance with service partners
  • You are available during working hours to address sudden electrical or mechanical disruptions
  • You implement modernizations to the existing machine park to improve machine accuracy, user-friendliness, or occupational safety

Your profile:

  • Completed technical vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position within a manufacturing industry company
  • Basic knowledge of Heidenhain control systems
  • Communicative and team-oriented


Assembly Specialists (m/f/d)

You assemble fixtures, gauges, assemblies, parts, and/or machines according to CAD models and drawings. You have completed training as a Toolmaker or Precision Mechanic or have extensive professional experience in the mentioned areas. You work precisely and responsibly and respond flexibly to changing requirements. Additionally:

  • Conventional grinding, milling, turning, and drilling work
  • Labeling of components by laser or engraving
  • Fault detection and repair work


Specialists for Coordinate Measuring Technology and Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

You have successfully completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a solid foundational knowledge in the field of 3D coordinate measuring technology. Your key activities include:

  • Measurement tasks on 3D individual parts and assemblies
  • Setup and adjustment tasks on fixtures/tools and gauges using 3D coordinate measuring machines of various sizes (e.g., ZEISS)


Design Engineers (m/f/d)

(with completed vocational training preferred) for production equipment, special machines, tools, inspection gauges, and measuring devices


Canteen Staff (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Management of the company canteen (approx. 50 employees). Purchasing, preparation, and provision of beverages, snacks, and meals (externally cooked). This occurs during breakfast time (8:15-8:30 AM) and lunchtime (12:00-12:30 PM). Working hours are from 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM.

Required education:

No completed education is necessary.


CNC Machine Programmer (m/f/d)

Creating machining programs with CAM for milling, turning, or EDM work. These programs are used to produce prototypes for turbine construction, medical technology, forming, punching, and bending tool making, as well as general machine construction. Typically, we produce unique items, at most small series. The goal is to create process-safe programs, simulate them, and transfer them to the machine.

We use the following software:

  • Milling: HyperMILL/HyperCAD for CAM programming and Heidenhain control at the machines
  • For programming measurement cycles: M&H Forminspect
  • Turning: Okuma OSP 2000 and MasterCAM

Additionally, we offer:

  • 1-2 week student internships for career orientation
    Apprenticeship training for students with good grades in the sciences and with manual skills from clubs or hobby activities.
  • The basic apprenticeship training usually takes place in the 1st year of training with our consortium partner ABB. After completing the basic training, the apprentices go through all company departments. The goal is to find work that suits their skills and preferences.
