We are always looking for talented, solution-oriented people for the areas:

• Design and engineering
• CNC machining
• Planning and programming
• Quality management and measuring

Specifically, we have openings for:

• Design engineers (preferably with completed professional education) for special machinery, tools, testing gauges and measuring fixtures
• Programmers for CNC machines
  Preferred is experience with Hypermill, Hypercad and Inventor for prototypes in the fields of turbine engineering, medical technology, mould construction, punching and bending tool engineering as well as general machine construction. Typically, we produce one-offs, sometimes small batches. You should be able to create process-reliable programs, to simulate and pass them to the machines for execution.
• CNC operators for milling machines and lathes
  You are able to plan and program CNC machining operations at the computer and/or directly at the machine, in 2D and 2.5D, including multi-side machining. You can responsibly set-up, produce and verify your work piece. For verification you know how to use the machine-specific measuring tools (e.g., M&H-Forminspekt for milling).
  We use the following CNC programming software:
  

  - Milling: Hypermill/HyperCAD and Heidenhain
  - Turning: Okuma OSP 2000 and Top-Solid-CAM
  

• Specialist for surface finishing
  You are responsible for surface finishing operations (e.g., deburring, polishing) and the final verification.
• Specialist for E-project management, programming (S7) and putting into service of special-purpose machines
• Specialist for coordinate measurement technology and quality management

In addition we offer:

• 1-2 week internships for professional orientation
• Apprenticeships for students with very good grades in the sciences and with manual preparatory training from workshops or hobbies.
  The apprenticeship usually starts with the first year at our network partner ABB. After completion of the basic training, the apprentices gain experience in all departments of the company. With this, we aim to find an employment matching their enthusiasm and capabilities.
  
  Proving the solidity of our apprenticeship, are the following achievements of our trainees:

  - 1 x National champion (advancement to "Meister")
  - 2 x Berlin champion (technician apprentice)
  - 1 x Berlin second place
• Internships and term papers/theses for future graduates of the branches of study

  - Electrical engineering
